- The principle owner of the Predators is quoted in yesterday’s Nashville Business Journal as scouting four different areas for a new rink to be built. Speculation has the locations being scouted are in Bellevue, Clarksville, Mt. Juliet and Franklin.

Aren't there 2 empty rinks in Cool Springs? I can't understand why that facility was never able to generate revenue. With the growth of youth hockey over the last decade and with the above average median income of Williamson County. Why can't that rink work in that area? Or are privately funded rinks bad investments?

I played there and the only reason that place didn't make money would have been because of poor management. They were terrible about schedules and organization. But that said, I think that place generated a profit. Just not the profit they were looking for.

Either way, I agree they should just open that back up. Or put it in Mount Juliet since I live there lol

The A-game rink is a sand based rink that was built on the cheap. They have had a lot of issues...including ownership(s).
